Since the graphite mold will have knife lines during the production process, this is inevitable, but its appearance will affect the appearance of the graphite mold, so how do we remove the knife lines on the graphite mold?
When producing and processing graphite molds, try to leave a certain margin when the tool is flat, so that the appearance of tool lines can be minimized when polishing after production.
If graphite molds are used for surface processing, it is recommended that you use ball cutters as much as possible, because there will not be so many knife marks on the plane that the ball cutter runs out of. In addition, if it is found that the tool is not sharp or the mechanical vibration is serious, knife marks will also occur, but these can be removed through the later polishing process.
