Inspection Work Of Graphite Crucible Before Use

Generally speaking, in the pre-use inspection of graphite crucibles, the key should be to ensure the following aspects:
1. First of all, check whether the graphite crucible has cracks before working. If there are no cracks, the graphite crucible needs to be heated above 600°C to dry it sufficiently.
2. There should be no water storage around the furnace and the pit outside the furnace, and no irrelevant objects should be piled up around the graphite crucible.
3. Strictly check whether there are any dangerous goods in the recycled waste, and the returned waste must be heated to ensure dryness, and the speed of adding graphite crucibles should be slow.
