What problems should be paid attention to in graphite rod processing?

Graphite rod processing is made of carbon and graphite plus adhesive, baked, extruded and plated with a layer of copper. It is relatively high temperature resistant, not only has good electrical conductivity, but is also not easy to break. Graphite rod electrodes are widely used and are mainly used in electric arc steelmaking furnaces, submerged heat electric furnaces, and resistance furnaces. The electric arc steelmaking furnace introduces current into the furnace through graphite rod processing electrodes, and refines through the heat generated by the arc. According to the size of the electric furnace capacity, different graphite electrodes need to be equipped.
Some problems that need to be paid attention to when processing graphite rods: the problem of dust removal, because of the fine particle structure, a large amount of dust will be generated during processing, which will cause great harm to the natural environment. After entering the power box, it will cause a short circuit of the power supply, so it is recommended that graphite rod processing needs to be equipped with a special machine for processing. When processing graphite rods, it can be processed after immersion in oil. After purchasing graphite, it can be processed after soaking in spark oil, so that graphite dust will not fly randomly, which will greatly reduce the harm to equipment and the environment. A vacuum cleaner is installed on the machine for processing graphite rods, which will also prevent dust from flying around.
