What Are The Precautions For Using Graphite Rods?

When using graphite rods, pay attention to the following points:
1. Graphite rods need to be kept dry, and can be used after drying when wet.
2. When used for DC power supply, the graphite rod is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and connected to the negative pole when working.
3. Keep the compressed air pressure at 0.5-1.6 MPa
4. The arc distance between the graphite rod and the workpiece is about 3mm, and the graphite rod protrudes about 100mm from the fixture.
5. The graphite rod is at an angle of 45 to the workpiece, and planed along the tangent (or straight line) direction.
6. Graphite rods need to be well ventilated when in use. Operate according to operating current.
